2. Application
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via this website. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.
3. Order and confirmation
Your order will be placed as soon as you have paid via Mollie’s secure payment gateway. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order reference number. We will then contact you regarding delivery.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any delivery charges are clearly shown before you proceed to the checkout.
5. Delivery
We deliver throughout the European Union for a fixed delivery charge of €10.35 including VAT. Orders are dispatched from China. The expected delivery time is 7 to 15 days after payment confirmation. If a different delivery time applies, we will contact you.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days’ cooling-off period to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. Please see our Returns & Cancellations page for the terms and conditions and the procedure.
7. Warranty
You are covered by the statutory guarantee. In addition, we offer a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any problems, please contact us at hello@meetcupboo.com.
