As a consumer, you may cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason.
How do you cancel?
Please let us know within those 14 days that you are cancelling your order via hello@meetcupboo.com. You will then have a further 14 days to return the product.
Product condition
Please return Cupboo unused and in its original packaging. You are liable for any loss in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
Refund
